1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Atlas interface, platform, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the platform.
2. User Accounts & Responsibilities
You must provide accurate account information during signup. You are solely responsible for protecting your account passwords and authorization tokens. Any upload of copyrighted, illegal, or malicious file material is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension.
3. Fees, Billing & Upgrades
Certain services are paid on a subscription basis (e.g. Atlas Pro). All payments are securely processed via Razorpay. Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically. You can cancel your subscription at any time through the dashboard settings. Refunds are subject to our refund policy guidelines.
4. Acceptable Fair Use
To maintain system health and low latency, limits are applied to document uploads and daily queries according to your tier. Scripts or bots designed to flood the query handlers or scrape assistant answers are prohibited.
5. Limitation of Liability
Atlas is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the extracted data, vector retrievals, or assistant answers will be entirely error-free. We disclaim all liability for business interruptions, data loss, or decisions made based on grounding citation previews.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
